The Veazy is Storz & Bickel's smallest and most affordable portable vaporizer. At roughly half the price of the Venty9.1, it packs S&B's hybrid heating system into a 134 g body that slips into a front pocket without a second thought.
We tested the Veazy over multiple weeks of daily use. Vapor quality holds up to the S&B standard: fluffy, evenly extracted clouds that beginners and intermediate users will genuinely enjoy. The smaller body brings trade-offs in battery life and airflow that limit its appeal for heavier users.
If you already own a higher-end S&B portable, there's little reason to add this to your collection. If you're buying your first S&B vape or need a dedicated pocket companion, the Veazy delivers where it counts.

S&B build quality in a 134 g pocketable body
The Veazy measures 134 mm tall, 37 mm wide, and 35 mm deep, making it the smallest portable Storz & Bickel has ever produced. The body is PEEK (polyether ether ketone), the same medical-grade thermoplastic used across S&B's entire portable lineup. The oven features a ceramic coating for even heat distribution and easier cleaning.
Four color options break from S&B's traditional all-black aesthetic: black, blue, orange, and pink. All variants share an orange accent on the power button and USB-C port. The matte, pastel finish divides opinion: some users appreciate the personality, others find it resembles toy-grade plastic.
The fold-out mouthpiece tucks flush against the cooling unit when stowed, keeping the profile clean for pocket carry. No glass appears anywhere in the construction, making the Veazy more drop-resistant than portables with glass vapor paths or mouthpieces.

Hybrid heating delivers fluffy vapor with one caveat
The Veazy uses Storz & Bickel's patented hybrid system. Conduction from the heated oven walls combines with convection from superheated air drawn through the chamber as you inhale.
The heater relies on a stainless steel mesh element rather than the solid metal design in S&B's flagship portable. This keeps manufacturing costs down but may slightly affect flavor purity at the margins.
Heat-up time runs around 40 seconds to reach the default 180°C. That's about average for a portable in this price class. The Veazy operates as a session vaporizer, designed for continuous multi-minute use rather than quick single hits.
Three temperature steps cover the full spectrum
Out of the box, the Veazy offers three temperatures via a single button: 180°C (356°F) as the default, 195°C (383°F) at first boost, and 210°C (410°F) at super boost. Double-clicking the power button cycles through these steps.
At 180°C, vapor is light and wispy with the strongest terpene flavor. Stepping to 195°C thickens the clouds and shifts taste toward earthier notes. At 210°C, flavor gives way to a slightly roasty character while cloud production peaks. Airflow is the main compromise
Draw resistance is the Veazy's most discussed limitation. The smaller cooling unit delivers around 10 L/min of airflow, roughly half the capacity of S&B's larger portables. You need to draw slower and more deliberately to get satisfying hits.
The tighter draw isn't unpleasant for most users, but anyone accustomed to more open-flow vaporizers will notice immediately. The cooling unit still filters vapor effectively, though it runs slightly warmer due to the shorter vapor path.
Battery lasts 7-8 sessions on a single charge
The Veazy runs on a non-replaceable lithium-ion battery. We averaged 7-8 sessions per charge at 195°C, dropping to around 6 at full power. That translates to roughly 40-45 minutes of active vaping time.
Charging takes approximately 75-90 minutes via USB-C. The side-mounted port lets the Veazy stand upright while charging, a minor but welcome improvement over bottom-mounted designs.
For light users vaping 2-3 sessions daily, the battery is a non-issue. Heavy users pushing 5+ sessions will need to keep a cable nearby. Cold weather accelerates drain noticeably, so plan accordingly for winter outdoor use.
One button runs the show
Loading follows standard S&B procedure: twist off the cooling unit, pack the ceramic-coated oven with a medium grind to about 0.25 g, and snap the unit back with a quarter-turn. Dosing capsules are cross-compatible with every S&B portable, so you can pre-load for mess-free sessions on the go.

Cleaning the oven takes seconds: brush it out after each session to prevent residue buildup. The cooling unit is another matter. Disassembly involves several small PEEK and stainless steel pieces, a soak in isopropyl alcohol, rinsing, drying, and reassembly. Budget about 10 minutes. Web app unlocks full temperature control
The Veazy connects to Storz & Bickel's web app via Bluetooth for precise customization. You can set exact temperatures in 1°C increments for all three modes, toggle haptic feedback, adjust LED brightness, and enable permanent boost (preventing the automatic temperature drop after 90 seconds of inactivity).
The app requires a Bluetooth-enabled browser. Chrome works on desktop. On iOS, you need a third-party browser like Bluefy since Safari doesn't support Web Bluetooth. Once paired, the connection is stable and responsive.
One frustration: you can only check battery level by plugging the Veazy into USB-C power and interpreting three different LED blink patterns. A simpler battery indicator would improve daily usability.
How the Veazy compares to similar portables
Veazy vs Venty
The Venty is the natural cross-shop. Both share S&B's hybrid heating and the same oven size, and dosing capsules work in either device.
The Venty outperforms the Veazy across the board: adjustable airflow up to 20 L/min vs the Veazy's fixed ~10 L/min, 11 sessions per charge vs 7-8, and a 20-second heat-up vs roughly 40. Its on-device screen and buttons also make temperature control independent of any app.
The Veazy wins on size (134 g vs 252 g) and price (roughly half the asking price). If vapor performance is your priority, the Venty is the better vaporizer. If portability and budget matter more, the Veazy delivers about 90% of the vapor quality in a genuinely pocketable form factor.
Veazy vs Crafty+
The Crafty+7.4 is the closest match in S&B's own catalog. Both are single-button, app-dependent portables with identical oven sizes and similar vapor character.
The Veazy edges ahead with 7-8 sessions per charge (vs the Crafty+'s 5), a slimmer profile that slides into pockets more naturally, and a lower price. Vapor quality is nearly indistinguishable between the two. VapeExperts considers the Veazy an effective replacement for the Crafty+ in the S&B lineup as of May 2026.
Veazy vs POTV Lobo
The POTV Lobo8.2 takes a different approach at a lower price point. Its convection-dominant hybrid heating with an all-glass vapor path produces clean, terpene-forward flavor that competes with portables costing twice as much.
The Lobo offers 10 sessions from a replaceable 18650 battery, a glass accessory ecosystem with bubblers and water pipe adapters, and stronger value per dollar. The Veazy counters with S&B's proven build reliability, hybrid heating that forgives imperfect grind and pack technique, and no glass parts to break.
For pure vapor quality per dollar, the Lobo is hard to beat. For a more polished, lower-maintenance experience backed by S&B's engineering track record, the Veazy earns its higher price.
Who should buy the Veazy
First-time vaporizer buyers get trusted hardware with almost no learning curve. S&B's hybrid heating and one-button interface make this a strong starting point that sets the bar high for future purchases.
Light daily users who vape 2-4 sessions and value pocketability over marathon battery life. The Veazy fits in a front pocket without the bulk of the Mighty+8.7.
S&B ecosystem users who want a dedicated grab-and-go companion alongside a desktop or larger portable. The Veazy fills a pocket-sized niche that nothing else in the S&B lineup covers as well.
