VapeExperts is a small, independent vaporizer review site. If something we've published needs a correction, or you have a press, legal, or reader matter to raise, we'd like to hear about it.
One inbox for everything. We aim to acknowledge legitimate corrections and time-sensitive matters within five business days.
What to include
A few details that help us act on a message quickly:
- Corrections to a review or guide
- Send the page URL and the specific sentence or claim you believe is wrong. We take accuracy seriously, and corrections are usually the messages we turn around fastest.
- Press, legal, or time-sensitive matters
- Add “URGENT” to the subject line. A short note of context in the body helps us route the message correctly.
- Reader feedback or methodology questions
- If you think we're measuring something the wrong way, or you'd like to share how a review affected a purchase, we're glad to hear it. Plenty of our process exists because a reader pointed something out.
A note for brands and PR
To save your team's time as much as ours, here is the short version. We do not accept review samples, sponsored posts, paid placements, link insertions, or guest contributions. We buy the products we test ourselves and disclose every affiliate relationship on the page where it appears. When we choose to work with someone, we reach out directly. There is no media list to be added to.
A note on replies
We read every message that arrives. We do not reply to all of them. The team is small, and most of our hours go into testing, so we save replies for corrections, legal matters, and anything that genuinely needs an answer. If you do not hear back, please do not take it personally. Your note has almost certainly been read.
