The YLLVAPE Angus Enhanced uses a halogen bulb surrounded by ruby terp pearls to deliver pure convection vapor from a 268 g portable body. In our testing, its vapor quality rivals portables costing considerably more, earning it a place in our best ball vaporizers ranking.
The accessory kit is unusually generous: three glass stems, a side bubbler, a water pipe adapter, a loading funnel, and a carrying case. Most mid-range portables ship with a single mouthpiece and charge extra for water filtration.
There's a caveat that shapes our recommendation. YLLVAPE has faced community scrutiny over fiberglass insulation near the heater assembly, and communication around the issue has been inconsistent. We cover this directly in the Build Quality section below.
Everything ships in a zippered carrying case
The Angus Enhanced arrives in a hard-shell zippered case with netted compartments for each glass piece. It doubles as long-term storage and travels well.
Inside: one Angus Enhanced vaporizer, one 50 mm glass stem with ruby pearls, one 70 mm glass stem, one loading funnel, one glass water pipe adapter, one side bubbler, one glass dosing capsule, five filter screens, four silicone O-rings, one cleaning brush, one USB-C cable, and one user manual card. Two 18650 batteries are required but not included due to shipping regulations.

Sturdy 268 g build, but brand trust raises questions
The stainless steel oven chamber houses the halogen bulb and ruby ball assembly beneath, while the vapor path runs through glass and stainless steel for flavor purity. Build feels solid enough to handle a tumble, though any attached glass stem adds a breakage risk.
The oven lid and battery doors can loosen unintentionally during use. Several reviewers have spilled ground cannabis while swapping glass stems because the oven lid twisted off with the stem.

The larger concern involves material safety. Multiple community reviewers have documented fiberglass insulation near the heater assembly, and YLLVAPE's response has been inconsistent. The manufacturer states the vapor path is fully isolated from this material, but reports of uneven assembly led 420VapeZone, Troy and Jerry, and Terp Chasers Club to pull or blacklist the product. The Angus Enhanced carries ROHS certification (EU environmental compliance) and a one-year warranty. VapeExperts recommends purchasing from retailers with strong return policies and researching the latest community discussion before buying.
