About Old Head
Old Head has been designing ball vapes for years. The Freight Train replaces the Hot Rod and three earlier Freight Train versions. The brand also sells the cordless Terp Hammer, a flower heater that warms up sitting in the Dab-Ready heater and comes off it, with no cable attached, when you draw. The Dab-Ready plus the Terp Hammer make up the Terp-Ready system, and the Dab-Ready on its own keeps a 25 mm quartz banger hot for concentrates. Tools, glass and accessories round out the range.
The current 2024 Freight Train runs a Grade 2 titanium heater filled with 4 mm ruby spheres, with a heat shield and a combined controller and stand. Air passes through the hot heater, then through a separate glass bowl of cannabis and into your water pipe. It runs on mains power and the head gets very hot, so give it a permanent, heat-safe spot on your desk.
