The desktop that vapes herbs and dabs from a single dial
The Ditanium is a convection desktop vaporizer with a built-in quartz dab nail, handmade in Flagstaff, Arizona. It vaporizes dry herb through a whip delivery system and handles concentrates through its integrated e-nail. It can run both at the same time.
That dual-use capability places the Ditanium in rare company among desktops. The vapor path contacts nothing but borosilicate glass, grade 2 titanium, and quartz, producing some of the cleanest-tasting hits we've measured from any desktop in this price class.
The trade-off is a genuine learning curve. The analog dial, horizontal bowl, and missing accessories mean you'll spend several sessions finding your groove before the Ditanium shows its full potential. Once you do, it rewards patience with punchy vapor that competes well above its mid-range price bracket.
What's in the box
The Ditanium ships with the base unit, a borosilicate glass wand handpiece, silicone whip tubing, and a titanium 14mm mouthpiece that doubles as a water pipe adapter. A blue LED accent light sits underneath the housing.
Not included: a carb cap or stir tool. Both are close to essential for full performance (the carb cap for low-temp dabs, the stir tool for even extraction), so plan on spending roughly $40 extra at purchase time. Ditanium sells both directly.
Bamboo housing built for all-day desk duty
The Ditanium's exterior is handcrafted bamboo (other wood finishes available) with visible vertical grain that gives each unit a distinct look. The base measures 102 × 102 mm, roughly the footprint of a coffee mug, and at 539 g the unit sits stably on any surface.
The titanium heater cover sits recessed inside the wood shell, keeping hot surfaces tucked away even if the unit tips over. There is no auto-shutoff: turn the dial on in the morning and it stays ready for sessions all day. Owners regularly report leaving the Ditanium powered on continuously for months without incident.

The exposed titanium at the output nozzle can burn on direct contact, so keep it clear of pets and curious hands. The rest of the housing stays cool to the touch during operation.
Pure convection through a zero-plastic vapor path
A ceramic heating element sits inside a quartz glass sleeve, wrapped in a grade 2 titanium heater cover. Hot air flows through this assembly and into the glass wand where your cannabis sits. Nothing but glass, quartz, and titanium contacts the vapor at any point.
Cannabis only heats while you draw, preserving between hits for fresh flavor on every pull. The ceramic element reaches operating temperature in about 30 seconds, but the quartz and titanium covers need 180 seconds for usable vapor and closer to 5 minutes for a full heat soak that delivers the best results.
