About Puffco
Roger Volodarsky founded Puffco in 2013 with a focus on concentrates. The original Peak arrived in 2018 as a self-contained electronic rig with water filtration and preset heat. It killed the torch for a lot of dabbers.
The Peak Pro followed with app control and custom heat profiles, and it now ships with the 3DXL chamber, whose heating traces sit in the ceramic sidewalls. In 2024 Puffco launched the New Peak, a simpler water-filtered rig with four presets and no app, and the Pivot, which puts the 3D chamber in an 85 g pocket pen.
The Proxy is the modular one: its base lifts out of the included glass and drops into any Proxy-compatible pipe, bubbler or rig. The Bluetooth New Proxy, launched in September 2025, adds app control. Our scores cover the Pivot, Peak Pro, New Peak and Proxy.
