XMax is the consumer-facing brand of TopBond/TopGreen Technology, a Chinese manufacturer that recognized an opportunity in the vaporizer market: most quality devices were priced at $200+ while budget options were uniformly terrible. XMax set out to bridge that gap with devices that offered legitimate performance at prices accessible to everyone. The V3 Pro, released around 2020, became their breakthrough hit.

The V3 Pro earned widespread acclaim for packing features typically found in devices twice its price: precise temperature control, a replaceable 18650 battery, and vapor quality that genuinely impressed experienced users. Online communities and reviewers alike praised it as the device that finally made sub-$100 vaporization worth recommending. It became the default answer to "what's the best cheap vaporizer?" across Reddit and enthusiast forums.

XMax has continued iterating with the V3 Nano (ultra-compact) and V4 Pro (enhanced performance), each model pushing the value equation further. While they'll never match Storz & Bickel in build premium or Tinymight in artisan appeal, XMax has earned genuine respect by consistently delivering more performance per dollar than anyone else in the market.
