Ispire

Ispire launched in 2020 with a bold bet: induction heating technology could provide a meaningfully better dabbing experience than the resistive heating used in virtually every other eRig on the market. Rather than heating a coil that transfers heat to a surface, induction directly heats the insert itself using electromagnetic fields. The practical benefits include no atomizer degradation, more even heating, and easier cleaning.

The daab (short for "dab") was their flagship launch product, a full-sized eRig that applied induction heating to a self-contained water-filtered device. It competed directly with the Puffco Peak Pro and Dr. Dabber Boost Evo while offering a fundamentally different heating approach. The Wand extended the technology to a handheld induction heater that could be used with any compatible glass piece, giving users flexibility to use their existing collection.

As a newer entrant, Ispire still lacks the track record and community trust of established brands. But their technology is genuinely novel rather than merely iterative, and early adopters report excellent results. The elimination of consumable atomizers is a significant long-term cost advantage that resonates with frequent users. Whether Ispire can build the brand loyalty and ecosystem to challenge established players remains to be seen, but the foundation is solid.
